Recipes
Anyone who has been to our place (or has seen me) knows I love to cook. This, along with beer and wine making, is my favorite hobby (ok, maybe it's really eating... we can debate that later). I am often asked by friends and students for my favorite recipes. To appease the masses, here are some of my favorites. I have collected these from various sources, and unfortunately do not have references where I initially got them. No slight intended, so if you know the source of any of the recipes, please feel free to let me know. As with other pages, this will be updated periodically, so check back. I have a lot more recipes yet to go on here. All the files are in .pdf format, so feel free to download and print as you wish.
